Just to respond to your prompt, when I think of fashion, or more specifically the term, &quot;couture,&quot; jutting hip bones and razor-thin collar bones come to mind. I don&#039;t know if you were planning on writing more in-depth about this, but I think the body images projected in a girl&#039;s own family certainly make a big impact on her own self-perception.
